This Refund and Returns Policy governs the terms and conditions under which clients of BensaidPro may request a refund for services purchased through our platform. By purchasing any service, the client acknowledges and agrees that BensaidPro provides professional digital consulting and strategic advisory services delivered entirely online. These services are classified as intangible, knowledge-based professional services and do not constitute physical goods or products that can be returned, exchanged, or physically surrendered.
Because of the nature of professional consulting, strategic advisory, and analytical services, refunds are not automatically granted once service delivery has begun. The value of the service is provided through professional expertise, time allocation, analytical work, communication, preparation, and intellectual contribution. These elements represent consumed professional resources and cannot be reversed once delivered. Nevertheless, BensaidPro is committed to maintaining fair, transparent, and reasonable business practices and may review refund requests under specific and limited circumstances.
A refund request may be considered only if the purchased service has not yet commenced and no consultation session, strategic discussion, preparatory analysis, document review, internal planning, scheduling allocation, or background assessment has been performed. Once any form of preparation, communication related to the service scope, scheduling commitment, review of client-provided materials, or strategic consideration has begun, the service is considered partially delivered. In such cases, if the client decides not to proceed, only the unused portion of the service, if objectively identifiable, may be eligible for a partial refund at the sole discretion of BensaidPro.
Refunds may also be considered in cases of confirmed duplicate payments, verified technical payment processing errors, system malfunctions, or unauthorized multiple charges caused by technical faults. In such cases, clients must provide appropriate documentation, transaction details, and evidence to support the claim. Administrative review will determine whether the issue qualifies for correction or reimbursement.
If BensaidPro is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal operational limitations, force majeure events, technical disruptions beyond reasonable control, or inability to schedule the service within a reasonable and mutually acceptable timeframe, the client may be offered rescheduling, service credit, or a partial or full refund, depending on the amount of service already delivered and the level of preparatory work completed.
Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations, changes in the client’s business direction, internal company decisions, financial reconsideration, loss of interest, or postponement of business activities does not constitute grounds for a refund. Consulting and advisory services provide professional analysis, structured guidance, and strategic frameworks; however, implementation outcomes depend on numerous external factors including client decisions, execution quality, market conditions, and operational variables outside the control of BensaidPro. No guarantee of financial performance, growth rate, business success, or specific measurable outcomes is expressed or implied.
Refunds are not available for completed sessions, conducted consultations, delivered strategic frameworks, written analyses, shared documentation, advisory correspondence, digital materials, recorded sessions (if applicable), or any intellectual output already provided to the client. Such materials represent completed professional work and cannot be returned once disclosed or accessed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they understand the service scope before purchase. Failure to read service descriptions, misunderstanding of service format, or assumptions about deliverables do not constitute valid grounds for refund after delivery has begun.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the service purchase date or scheduled session date, whichever occurs first. Requests submitted after service completion or after significant time has passed may not be eligible for review. Each case is evaluated individually, balancing fairness to the client with respect for professional time, intellectual labor, and resource allocation already invested.
